USER GROUPS

Overview

Users who undertake the same types of activities/tasks within your Kradle account can be combined into a User Group.

Access to specific data within the Data Model or the assignment of work tasks within a Process Manager can then be controlled using User Groups.

info    A User must have Administrator Permissions to access the Admin menu

Create User Groups

  1. Select Admin | User Groups from the menu to open the User Groups blade.
  2. Click the Add New User Group icon and enter the following on the General tab.
    • Name*
    • Abbreviation* (2 characters)
    • Description
    • Color (for visual identification)
  3. On the Users tab, select one or more Users to add to the User Group.
  4. Click the Save icon.The name of the new User Group will be displayed on the User Groups blade.

Edit a User Group

  1. Select Admin | User Groups from the menu to open the User Groups blade.
  2. Select the User Group you intend to edit.
  3. Edit User Group details as required.
  4. Click the Save icon.

Delete a User Group

  1. Select Admin | User Groups from the menu to open the User Groups blade.
  2. Select the User Group you intend to delete.
  3. Click the Delete icon.

Overview

Create User Groups

  1. Select Admin | User Groups from the menu to open the User Groups blade.
  2. Click the Add New User Group icon and enter the following on the General tab.
    • Name*
    • Abbreviation* (2 characters)
    • Description
    • Color (for visual identification)
  3. On the Users tab, select one or more Users to add to the User Group.
  4. Click the Save icon.The name of the new User Group will be displayed on the User Groups blade.

Edit a User Group

  1. Select Admin | User Groups from the menu to open the User Groups blade.
  2. Select the User Group you intend to edit.
  3. Edit User Group details as required.
  4. Click the Save icon.

Delete a Function Group

  1. Select Admin | User Groups from the menu to open the User Groups blade.
  2. Select the User Group you intend to delete.
  3. Click the Delete icon.
