The Job Archives blade provides a list of all jobs that have been archived. The list can be arranged by Job Name, Description, Job Type, Creation Date, Completion Date.
The All Jobs blade provides a list of all current jobs in your Kradle account which have yet to be archived. The list provides filters and sorting functions and can be arranged in a number of ways.
The Task Approval blade lists all tasks that are awaiting approval by a user. Until approval has been confirmed by the user, these tasks are unable to proceed.
The My Jobs blade is a list of all jobs that have been assigned to a user or selected by a user. The status of a job will be either system status ‘Active’ or a custom status.
Job Pool is a list of all jobs that are waiting for selection by a user so that work on the next task in the process can commence. The status of a job in the Job Pool will always be ‘Idling’.
The Jobs Ready To Launch blade displays all jobs that are ready to be launched. Within Kradle there are three types of job: Regular, Scheduled and Gigs.
Job Preparation can be thought of as a final gatekeeper before launching a job. Within this blade two types of jobs can be seen and toggle between, including Regular Jobs and Scheduled Jobs.
The Task Library allows for regularly used Tasks to be created, saved and implemented into future job processes and templates.
