Introduction To All Jobs

All Jobs is a list of all current Jobs which have yet to be archived. The list provides filters and sorting functions and can be arranged by;

– Job Name

– Description

– User

– User Group

– Task

– Type

– Priority

– Status

– Creation Date

– Launch Date

– Estimated Completion Date

– Completed Date

– % Completion

This list can be exported as a PDF or Excel file.

Selecting a Job opens a Job blade with full details of;

– Template Name

– Job Name & Description

– Job Status

– Priority

– Flowchart

– Job Status Summary

 

The All Jobs list can also be searched by clicking the icon within the search bar. Searches can be made by:

– Job Name

– User

– User Group

Actions Available

  • Task Actions Task Actions Icon

Details the current Task, temporary Task Notes (if applicable) and any condition for that specific Task.

Note: these settings cannot be edited

 

  • Job Analysis

Details a breakdown of all actions and Tasks taken on this specific Job, including:

– User Group

– User

– Task

– Status

– Start Date/Time

– End Date/Time

– Duration

 

  • Job Log Job Log Icon

Details the history of the Job since its creation including:

– Action

– Date & Time

– User

– Notes

 

  • Job Management Controls

Allows various controls that can be applied to the selected Job including:

– Change the status of the job

– Change the priority level of the job

– Return job to Job Pool

– Assign the job to another user

(The Job must first be released to the Job Pool before it can be re-assigned)

– Change the current Job Task to any other Task within the Job Flowchart

(If a User has been assigned to the destination Task, the Job will be assigned to the User’s Job Pool. If a user has not been assigned, the Job will be sent to the Job Pool.)

– Cancel the job
