KONNECT MEETING HISTORY

Introduction To Meeting History

The Meeting History blade includes details for all calls and meetings including:

• Date & Time of the meeting
• Meeting ID
• Meeting Topic
• Host
• Meeting Duration
• Number of Participants

Accessing The Meeting History Blade

1.  Log into your Kradle account.
2.  On the Kradle menu, click the Konnect icon
3.  A new window will open, displaying the Kradle / Konnect interface.
4.  Within the Konnect navigation menu, click the My Konnect icon .
5. Click the Video History tab.
6.  Using the below filters, users can narrow the meeting history results:
   • Call Type
     •  Scheduled Calls
     •  Instant Calls
     •  All Meetings
   • Date From/To
7. Once the required parameters have been set click Search.
