Introduction To Meeting Links

When creating a Scheduled Meeting, a meeting link will be generated at the time of booking. This link can be easily be emailed to one or more recipients using the Email Addresses field in the Meeting Details panel.

Sending An Email Link When Scheduling A Meeting

  1.  Log into your Kradle account.
  2.  On the Kradle menu, click the Konnect icon Konnect Video Conferencing
  3.  A new window will open, displaying the Kradle / Konnect interface.
  4.  Within the Konnect navigation menu, click the My Meetings icon My Video Meetings.
  5.  Select the Users and Contacts you wish to invite to the Scheduled Meeting using the blue checkboxes.
  6.  Once all required Users and Contacts have been selected, select the date that you wish to schedule the meeting for and click and drag over the time slot you wish to book.
  7.  With the required meeting time highlighted on the calendar, fill in the required Meeting Details on the right-hand side, including:
    • Meeting Topic (required field)
    • Meeting Notes
  8. Add the email address(es) to the Email Addresses field. These recipients will receive an auto-generated email containing a link to join the meeting once the meeting has been booked. Note, to include multiple email addresses, separate the email addresses with a semicolon (;) with no spaces. (e.g. [email protected];[email protected]).
  9. When all details have been selected and entered, click the Book Meeting icon .

Viewing & Copying A Meeting Link

Once a meeting has been booked it will be shown within the Organizers and the Invitees‘ calendar.

To view the meeting link, simply click the meeting within the calendar to show the Meeting Details.

Within the Meeting Details panel, a link to join the meeting will be shown in the Meeting Link field.

To copy the meeting link, click the Copy Link icon next to the Meeting Link field.

This link can then be distributed as required and will allow anyone with the link to join the meeting (even if they do not have a Kradle Konnect account).
