Introduction To Meeting Links

When creating a Scheduled Meeting, a meeting link will be generated at the time of booking. This link can easily be emailed to one or more recipients using the Meeting Link field in the Guests tab panel.

Sending An Email Link When Scheduling A Meeting

  1.  Log into your Kradle account.
  2.  On the Kradle menu, click the Konnect icon Konnect Video Conferencing
  3.  A new window will open, displaying the Kradle / Konnect interface.
  4.  Within the Konnect navigation menu, click the My Meetings icon .
  5.  Select the Connections (Users or Contacts) you wish to invite to the Scheduled Meeting using the blue checkboxes.
  6.  Once all required Users and Contacts have been selected, click the Guests tab.
  7.  Enter the email address(es) that you wish to send the Meeting Link to. Multiple email addresses can be separated with a semicolon.
  8.  Select the date that you wish to schedule the meeting for and click and drag over the time slot you wish to book.
  9.  With the required meeting time highlighted on the calendar, fill in the required Meeting Details on the right-hand side, including:
    • Meeting Topic (required field)
    • Meeting Notes
  10. When all details have been selected and entered, click the Book Meeting icon .

Viewing & Copying A Meeting Link

Once a meeting has been booked it will be shown within the Organizers and the Invitees‘ calendar.

A host or co-host can view the Meeting Link once the meeting has been booked to distribute via a communication platform (email, messages etc).

 

To view and copy a Meeting Link:

  1. Click the meeting within the calendar to show the Meeting Details and Participants.
  2. Click the Guests tab.
  3. Copy the Meeting Link that is now populated within the Meeting Link field.
  4. This link can then be distributed as required and will allow anyone with the link to join the meeting (even if they do not have a Kradle Konnect account).
