UPDATING YOUR KONNECT PROFILE

Introduction To Konnect Profiles

Each Kradle user has the ability to add information to both their Professional and Personal Konnect profile.

Adding information to either the Professional and Personal profile is optional, yet when filled can provide other Konnect users with more ways to find and connect with you using the User Search function.

Note:  In order to be able to access the Konnect profile features, you must first ensure both your account and profile have been set to Public. To do so, please follow the steps included within the sections:

  • Setting Your Account To Public.
  • Setting Your Profile To Public.

If you have already configured both your account and profile to public, please skip ahead to the Updating Your Konnect Profile section.

Profiles of other Konnect users (who have made their account and profile public) can only be viewed within two areas of Konnect:

  • Within the User Search when showing up within the search results.
  • By clicking on the user’s name within the Call Now or My Meetings screen (once a connection has been made).

Updating Your Konnect Profile

Your Kradle profile is split into two sections:

  • Professional profile
  • Personal profile

Each can be toggled as publicly viewable to other Konnect members by checking the tick boxes within each section.

You can decide what information (if any) you would like other users to see or be used as criteria for other users to find you when searching.

For example, if you have selected to have your Professional profile selected (by ticking the checkbox) and you enter your company name (Company ABC), other users will be able to see your profile when searching for Company ABC using the User Search function.

To update your profile, simply enter the details you wish to share and then click the Save icon Save Icon.
