CREATING A KRADLE ACCOUNT
Ā Ā An email address can only be associated with one Kradle account.
For example, if a User has created their own Kradle account, they will not be able to be added as a User within another person’s Kradle account.
Step 1 – Complete Account Set Up
- To begin setting up a new Kradle account, click Get Started
- Once you have entered your Username (email address)Ā and desired Password, click Next to create your account.
- Click the login link that displays on the account creation screen.
- At the login screen, enter your Username and Password, then click Login.
- After logging in for the first time, the User blade will be displayed.
- Enter your details including:
- Title
- First Name (mandatory)
- Last Name (mandatory)
- Email (mandatory)
- Phone Number (mandatory)
- Employee ID
- Position
- Department
- Once you have entered your details, click the Save icon .
Set 2 – Select A Plan
- Once you have completed the steps above you can now log in to your account using your Username and Password.
- When logging in for the first time, you will be shown the Account Purchase blade as well as a prompt requesting your Company Details.
- Before a paid plan can be selected, you must update your Company Details. TheseĀ CompanyĀ DetailsĀ are included on purchase receipts.Ā To do so, click the green Update button in the dialog box.
- Enter your Company Details, including:
- Company Name (or your name if you are not a company)
- Number of Employees
- Industry Type
- Business Address
- Postcode/ZIP
- Town
- State/Province
- Country
- Once entered, click the Save icon .
- Next, select your desired plan from the table.
Ā Ā If selecting a free plan click the OK button at the bottom of the Essential Plan.
No payment method is required for free plans.
If selecting a paid plan first click your desired plan, then enter your credit card information on the right-hand side. Then click Buy.
