USER GROUPS
Overview
Users who undertake the same types of activities/tasks within your Kradle account can be combined into a User Group.
Access to specific data within the Data Model or the assignment of work tasks within a Process Manager can then be controlled using User Groups.
A User must have Administrator Permissions to access the Admin menu
Create User Groups
- Select Admin | User Groups from the menu to open the User Groups blade.
- Click the Add New User Group icon and enter the following on the General tab.
- Name*
- Abbreviation* (2 characters)
- Description
- Color (for visual identification)
- On the Users tab, select one or more Users to add to the User Group.
- Click the Save icon.The name of the new User Group will be displayed on the User Groups blade.
Edit a User Group
- Select Admin | User Groups from the menu to open the User Groups blade.
- Select the User Group you intend to edit.
- Edit User Group details as required.
- Click the Save icon.
Delete a User Group
- Select Admin | User Groups from the menu to open the User Groups blade.
- Select the User Group you intend to delete.
- Click the Delete icon.
