CONNECTION TYPES
Konnect supports 4 (four) types of connections:
- Internal users (My Connections)
- External users (Other Kradle Accounts)
- Contacts
- Guests
Internal Users
Internal users are users who belong to the same account.
Internal users can be created, edited and removed using the Admin > User List blade within Kradle.
Kradle accounts support an unlimited number of users.
For more information regarding adding users, please read the Adding Users Help Desk article.
Note: only users with Administrator privileges can add, edit and remove internal users.
External Users
External users are Kradle users that are in other Kradle accounts.
External users can be searched in other Kradle accounts and added to your list of Konnect connections by reaching out and sending an invitation to connect. Once an invitation has been accepted, a connection is made between the external user and your account, allowing calls to be made and meetings to be scheduled.
To add an external user, please read the Konnect External Users article.
Note: both your account and the external users’ Kradle account and Konnect profile have to be set to ‘Public’ and ‘Visible’ before a connection can be made. For more information regarding this please refer to the following articles:
