CREATING MEETINGS

  1. Ā Log into your Kradle account.
  2. Ā On the Kradle menu, click the Konnect icon Konnect Video Conferencing
  3. Click theĀ Book a MeetingĀ button to create a new meeting.
  4. Ā In theĀ Book a Meeting window, enter the Meeting TitleĀ and select the Meeting Size (# of participants). The maximum meeting duration will be assigned automatically.
  5. Click Meet in 5 to display the current date and time + 5 minutes or click the calendar and select a different date and time.
  6. Enable Waiting Room to manage the admisiion of Participants into a meeting.
  7. Click Book to save the meeting.
  8. Entries in the My Kwik Konnect list can be sorted by ascending or descending order. To copy the ‘Meeting link’ select the Copy link icon then paste it into the email that will be sent to meeting invitees.
  9. Start, Edit and Cancel a meeting using the button controls adjacent to each meeting entry. These buttons are progressively disabled during and after a meeting.
  10. After a meeting has been completed, a trash can icon is displayed when hovering over the meeting entry, Click the icon to delete the entry from the list.
  11. Delete All will delete all past meetings
