INTRODUCTION TO KONNECT
What Is Konnect?
Konnect is a complete collaboration tool that allows users to make video calls, schedule meetings and communicate using messages. The two main components of Konnect are:
Video Conferencing
Meetings can be scheduled by using Kwik Konnect or My Meetings (calendar).
Message Board
Messages can be sent to other Users within your account and are organized by Groups and Subjects.
Calls can be made to any User within your account.
Note: Once a Scheduled Meeting has been booked, all attendees will be notified of the meeting details via email.
Getting Started with Konnect
1) Set up your Users and Contacts
Users and Contacts can be added within the Kradle Admin menu. For detailed how-to guides, please use the links below:
If you are unable to create new Users or Contacts, it means that your account does not have the required Permissions. In this case, please contact your account Administrator to request the appropriate Permissions.
2) Set up your User Groups
User Groups can be created, edited and deleted within the Admin | User Groups blade. For a detailed how-to guide, please visit User Groups.
By default, account administrators are initially added to the ‘All Users’ User Group.
Calls & Scheduled Meetings can only be made to Users within the same User Group.
Konnect Message Board
- Groups
Groups are used to organize Subjects into relevant collections. When creating a Group, Users can set:

- Group name and description.
- Group members.
- Message expiry period.
- The language they wish their own messages to be written and received in.
- Subjects
Subjects are conversations with members of a Group.
Multiple Subjects can be created within a Group, making it easier to organize and manage multiple topics.
- Instant Message Translations
Users can select from over 70 languages.
