KONNECT GUESTS
Introduction To Guests
Guests can only be invited to Scheduled Meetings and cannot be contacted via Instant Calls.
Guests are invited via a Meeting Link, however, they are not required to accept an invitation to join the meeting.
Guests do not need a Kradle account to join a Scheduled Meeting and unlike Contacts, they cannot be added to your Connections list.
Inviting A Konnect Guest To A Meeting
- Log into your Kradle account.
- On the Kradle menu, click the Konnect icon
- A new tab will open, displaying the Kradle / Konnect interface.
- Within the Konnect navigation menu, click the My Meetings icon .
- Select the Connections (Users or Contacts) you wish to invite to the Scheduled Meeting using the blue checkboxes.
- Once all required Users and Contacts have been selected, click the Guests tab.
- Enter the email address(es) that you wish to send the Meeting Link to (multiple email addresses can be separated with a semicolon).
- Select the date that you wish to schedule the meeting for and click and drag over the time slot you wish to book.
- With the required meeting time highlighted on the calendar, fill in the required Meeting Details on the right-hand side, including:
- Meeting Topic (required field)
- Meeting Notes
- When all details have been selected and entered, click the Book Meeting icon .
Note: Guests can also be invited after a meeting has been booked into the calendar. To do so, simply click the meeting within the My Meetings calendar, navigate to the Guests tab then copy the Meeting Link that is displayed.
