WORKING WITH TEMPLATES
Loading A Template
- Navigate to Process Manager | Job Template Folders to open the Job Template Folder blade.
- Job Templates are stored in user-configured folders based on a radial menu.
Primary template folder
First user-created template folder
3. Click the segment in which the Template is stored and then click List Templates icon
You can also search for a specific Job Template by using the Search function located above the radial folder menu. You can search in a variety of ways including:
- By Template Folder Name
- By Created By (the name of the user who created the template)
- By Modified By (the name of the user who last modified the template)
4. A Job Template Folder blade will open on the right-hand side displaying all the Templates.
5. Double click the Template you wish to load.
6. A secondary Job Template blade will open showing the details of the Template.

Save / Validate / Publish Template
- After loading a Template, users can:
- Save, Validate & Publish
- This option will save the Template in its current form, perform validation checks on the process to check for warnings and/or errors and publish the Job to the Job Pool.
- Save & Validate
- This option will save the Template in its current form and perform validation checks on the process to check for warnings and/or errors only.
- Save
- This option will save the Template in its current form only.
- Save, Validate & Publish
- To perform these actions click the Save / Validate / Publish Template icon within the Job Template blade
When selecting an option to Validate the Template, the system will test the process and will detail any Errors or Warnings that it discovers.
- Errors prevent a process from being able to be published and need to be rectified before Validating / Publishing again.
- Warnings provide suggestions based on best practice and can be overlooked by the user if required.
To see Errors and Warnings, navigate to Flowchart within the Job Template blade.
Editing A Template
- Load your Template following the Loading A Template instructions above.
- Once the Template has been loaded, users can edit all aspects of the Job Template including:
- General
- Template Name
- Template Description
- Version
- Gig Suitability
- Scheduling suitability
- User Groups
- Amendments can be made to the User Groups that can access the job.
- Checklist
- Amendments can be made to the Pre-Launch Checklist.
- Estimates (For Job)
- Total Job Cost
- Estimated Job Duration
- Flowchart
- Amendments can be made to the individual Tasks within the Job.

- General
- Once all changes have been made, click the Save / Validate / Publish Template icon within the Job Template blade
- Click Save.
Cloning A Template
- Load your Template following the Loading A Template instructions above.
- Once loaded, click the Clone Job Template icon.
- Using the radial Job Template Folder structure, choose the folder you would like to clone the Template to.
- Select the required folder then click Pick Folder To Clone To.
- Name the Template.
- Click the Save / Validate / Publish Template.
- Click Save.
Moving A Template To Another Folder
- Load your Template following the Loading A Template instructions above.
- Click the Change Template Folder
- A modal box will appear on the right of the screen. Select the folder you wish to move the Template to and click Pick Folder.
- The Template will now be moved to the selected folder.
Deleting A Template
- Load your template following the Loading A Template instructions above.
- Click the Delete Template.
- A confirmation box will appear, then click Delete Template.
